About this Seminar
Estate planning is about more than deciding who receives your assets, it’s about ensuring your wishes can be carried out if you become unable to make decisions for yourself and creating a clear path for those you leave behind. This educational course explores key estate and legacy planning topics, including probate, conservatorship, powers of attorney, healthcare planning, tax considerations, and risk management. This standalone session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Many people know who they want to provide for, but fewer have the legal documents and financial structures in place to help ensure those intentions become reality. Who would manage your finances if you were incapacitated? Are your accounts properly titled and beneficiaries up to date? What impact could taxes, healthcare costs, or probate have on your family? This course provides an overview of the essential decisions and planning strategies that can help protect your loved ones and simplify the transfer of assets and responsibilities.
